Ninja School: Built to Lead

A Six-Week Leadership Program for Kids

Ninja School: Built to Lead

Kids don’t grow confidence from a pep talk. They grow it by doing hard things and finishing them. Over six weeks, Ninja School gives a child a leadership identity that travels off the mat — clear standards, follow-through, and the nerve to finish what they start.

Next cohorts start the week of October 12 — Wednesdays 4:30 PM or Saturdays · 10:00 AM.

Ninja School: Built to Lead is taught by Master Tracy Huff — a U.S. Army veteran and fourth-degree black belt. It’s a short, hands-on program built for one outcome: a child who walks away seeing themselves as someone who leads, keeps a standard, and finishes what they start.

Bring the program to your kids

How We Deliver It

Ninja School runs as a cohort of up to 18 kids over six weeks. Each week is one 45–60 minute class, taught in person by Master Tracy Huff. Every class pairs a physical skill with a leadership lesson the child can use at home that week — and parents get a short weekly brief so the growth continues off the mat.

Weeks 1–2

Standards & Focus

Respect, self-control, and paying attention on purpose. Kids learn the standard the whole program is built on — and start holding it.

Weeks 3–4

Courage & Follow-Through

Doing the hard thing anyway. The board-breaking experience turns “I can’t” into proof they can — and teaches finishing what they start.

Weeks 5–6

Leadership & Graduation

Leading under pressure and owning the outcome. The cohort earns the Breakthrough Trophy and white belt at a graduation ceremony families are invited to.
