Start Here

You don’t need more parenting information. You need a leadership system you can use when the moment gets hard. This is the whole system in short videos — lead yourself, lead your home, then teach your child to lead themselves. One job this week: run one leadership play all the way through.

▶ Watch First

These three get you oriented and moving tonight.

01Welcome to the Parent Leadership Track

You are not here to become a perfect parent. You are here to become a clearer leader.

YOUR MOVE: Write down the one recurring moment you most want to handle differently.

11How the Parent Leadership Track Works

Four access points. One leadership progression.

YOUR MOVE: Start at the level you have. Use the tool that solves the fight in front of you before adding another.

12Your First 7 Days

Do less. Use it more. Your first week has one job: run one leadership play all the way through.

YOUR MOVE: Choose your Day 1 fight now.

The System — One Move at a Time

Pull the one that matches the fight you’re in. You do not have to watch them all before you start.

02The System: Standards, Systems, Scripts, Follow-Through

When pressure goes up, you need a play — not a speech.

YOUR MOVE: For your current fight, identify which piece is missing: standard, system, script, or follow-through.

03Lead Yourself First

Before you lead the behavior, you have to lead your own response.

YOUR MOVE: Choose one sentence to interrupt your own reaction: “I get to choose my next move.”

04Pick the Fight

Stop reacting to everything and decide what is actually worth your authority.

YOUR MOVE: Name the fight in one sentence. If it takes a paragraph, it is still too broad.

05Set the Standard

A child cannot consistently meet an expectation that keeps moving.

YOUR MOVE: Write the standard for your chosen fight in one sentence a child could repeat back to you.

06Use the Script

You do not need better arguments. You need fewer words you can repeat consistently.

YOUR MOVE: Choose one sentence for your current fight and practice saying it out loud before you need it.

07Follow Through

The consequence is not the leadership. The consistency is.

YOUR MOVE: Decide the next-step consequence for your current fight before the next incident happens.

08Reset, Don’t Start Over

A bad moment does not erase the standard.

YOUR MOVE: Write your reset sentence now, before you need it.

09Leadership Under Pressure

The moment right before you react is where your leadership actually lives.

YOUR MOVE: Pick one steadying move for the next hard moment — feet flat, slow exhale, then one clear sentence.

10Raise the Leader

The goal is not a child who obeys you forever. The goal is a child who can lead themselves.

YOUR MOVE: Ask your child one ownership question tonight and resist answering it for them.

Leadership you can use tonight.

Pick the fight. Set the standard. Use the script. Follow through. Reset when needed. Then hand more of the thinking back to your child. Your level’s full lessons and downloads are in the courses on your dashboard.
