Ninja School gives them a leadership identity that travels off the mat: clear standards, follow-through, and the nerve to finish what they start.

The six-week experience is taught by Master Tracy Huff, a U.S. Army veteran and fourth-degree black belt, in partnership with the Rick Herrema Foundation at Rick’s Place in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
